My son Roy and I birdied Sw Douglas county this morning 4/26.
At Chicken Creek: Ovenbird (2), Kentucky Warbler (4), N.Parula (3), Wood Thrush (1), Louisiana Waterthrush (4). Heard two-note call of Broad-Winged Hawk.
At Colyer Cemetery: Northern Bobwhite (1)—rally call.
At Lone Star Lake: Osprey, Prothonotary Warbler, Kentucky Warbler, Pileated Woodpecker (2), Least Flycatcher (1), Rose-breasted Grosbeak
At Globe Prairie: Bald Eagle (adult), Upland Sandpiper (1), Grasshopper Sparrow (1).
