Subject: [CT Birds] Babcock Pond, Colchester
I had a very good morning at Babcock Pond in Colchester. The forest was filled with many migrants bird song. Warblers included northern and Louisiana waterthrushes (2 northerns doing a duet), black and white warbler, pine warblers everywhere, Myrtle warblers, and northern Parula. Also golden and ruby crowned kinglets singing.
