This morning an adult LAUGHING GULL was at Pleasant Creek, amongst other gulls and terns. They were resting on a jetty near the main ramps.
Later in the day I came across a TRICOLORED HERON at "Lewis Bottoms Marsh" just a mile south. It spent most its time in tall green grass along the fencerow.
