Subject: [NHBirds] Tuesday morning
Forgot Monday! I read that someone near by had Baltimore Orioles, so I put
out the feeder yesterday and had two sightings as I worked in the perennial
bed near the feeders. The dominant Eastern Bluebird pair (there are 4 pairs
that scrap at the meal worm feeder) has hatched their chicks as I could
hear them yelling for more food. And I had a pair of Tree Swallows dive
bomb me when I worked in the garden closest to their preferred house.

I had a short but great walk this morning, and saw an Eastern Towhee,
multiple Black and White Warblers, Pine Warblers, American Goldfinches, the
usual Black Capped Chickadees, Titmice and American Robins.

Heard, did not see, Northern Flickers and Red Bellied Woodpeckers.

Best of all, an Osprey flew over as I came along the trail by Lake
Massabesic.
