Hi Kevin and Iowa Birders,
Two sources of information come to mind.

The Birding Hotspots website describes access and trails at many of the
eBird hotspots across the state, including bird blinds etc.
https://birdinghotspots.org/region/US-IA

The Iowa DNR has a new birding for beginners webpage that includes a map
with viewing platforms and bird blinds across the state. This map is also
viewable from the Iowa Ornithologists' Union webpage.

Cheers, and happy birding!
