Subject: [NHBirds] Yard birds
Mourning doves have fledged two young. They are now making improvements to the nest for their second brood. Robins are building a nest under the pavilion, Eastern Bluebird (female) is adding nesting materials to one of the nest boxes, 8 Tree Swallows were flying over yard today checking out nest boxes. Chipping sparrows (2) showed up under feeders yesterday, three Tom Turkeys have been strutting, tails fanned out, blue and red head, 8 hen turkeys completely ignoring them. Peepers and wood frogs loudly singing, ahh the sweet sounds of spring.
