Usual birds for a spring day: 4 white throated sparrows 2 with bright yellow lores. They also sang!! 2 song sparrows one of them exceedingly handsome with all its feathers crisp and its rich brown coloring At some point while watching these birds I saw some leaves start to move and out popped a lovely Hermit thrush
