Lacey was lively this morning, highlighted by two Ruby Crowned Kinglets sparring at eye level with fully erect red crowns. Normally an ordinary bird to see but at their best on this occasion!
Other highlights: Yellow Throated Warbler (3-4) Northern Parula (numerous) Tennessee Warbler Brown Thrasher Eastern Towhee Blue Gray Gnatcatcher Louisiana Waterthrush Carolina Wren Brown Creeper Wood Ducks in the trees (3-4)
