Thanks for the revisions! Looks great.
We just received sad news from our sister-in-law. Her Mom passed away
tonight and her funeral is on the 24th at Logan.
I will need to go to the funeral.

Saturday Oct 24th 9:30am-12pm. Meet at the parking lot by the Utah Lake State Park fee booth (no fee, tell them you’re there for the volunteer effort).
Utah Lake State Park has generously allowed us to conduct our Christmas Bird Count tally potluck at the park for the last few years.
Help us GIVE BACK to the state park by helping clean up weeds and spread bark in the nature area south of the main park.
After the cleanup we’ll go on a bird walk around the Provo River Delta.

Fall migration is on, the leaves have started changing, and the nights are getting cooler. It’s a great time to get out and see some birds!

Good morning fellow birders. We have been enjoying the cooler weather and with it some changes in the birds around our neighborhood. The most noticeable has been the return of the wild turkeys to the area around the Orem Cemetery after not seeing them at all during the summer months. If you have seen some interesting migrants or other fun birds close to home, we would like to include them in the Backyard Birds section of the October Newsletter.
